As Durum Italia attaches importance to the research, it cooperates
together with research organizations and very important experts,
in order to know more and more the nutritional and healthy characteristics
of durum wheat and its by-products. Within these scientific researches,
Durum Italia is developping " plans " in order to fix
some standards for the "durum wheat re-milled semolina",
able to optimize the application of this raw material in bread-making
process.
