Durum Italia cooperates with Tecnopolis Novus Ortus, within some
plans organized by Iride society for the development of exchanges
with other companies of the European Union about technological innovations
and marketing.
Durum Italia has contacts with the University of Bari- the agricultural
faculty, where with Prof. Rosanna Simeone they study the varieties
of durum wheat more suitable for bread-making, and above all for
the production of "Altamura bread".
Durum Italia, thanks to its experience and technical knowledge,
takes part also in the project directed by the research center of
Porto Conte of Alghero, by Professor Antonio Ferraresi.
