During the workshop of breadmaking, that tooke place in Altamura
with a group of irish bakers, Durum Italia organized a play, produced
by Kismet Theater, "Little Secrets", production of Laurent
Dupont, with Rosanna Farinati.
It took place into a very old stone oven, belonging to Scaleras
family, bakers for many generations. It is one of the most important
and preserved of Altamura.
This play was dedicated to infancy and spoke about the bread
and its preparation. "Little Secrets" tells the memories,
reminding life, tells the birth, which lasts the time of a baking,
tells a dead person, who returns to life in the gestures of whom
still makes the dough...
It was a gift to the civilization of wheat, flour and bread
and the wheat was the basic element of the play.
